So you know the drill, yesterday Ashton Kutcher and Demi Moore were spotted having a lovely day out on a mahoosive yacht in St Barts and it really looked like they were having a lovely time etc etc etc, blah, blah, blah. Right, so now onto the interesting bit?
Well, it seems as though Ashton has managed to win his battle against a porn company to stop his name being used on a film ? of the adult and very explicit variety, of course.
According to reports Kutcher?s name had previously been used in promotional campaigns for the sex tape (to be released in the future) which also stars Brittney Jones ? who claims she was the actor?s mistress for a time.
Originally Steve Hirsch, the head of Vivid Entertainment (the people behind the naughty vid) dismissed the actor's complaint as "without merit", but after a number of legal exchanges Steve seems to have had a change of heart and Ashton?s name is now off the film.
Anyway, in some slightly more wholesome Ashton related talk; didn?t he look cute when he was holding that fluffy white dog yesterday?! Aw?
