After a minor car accident last week, Eva Longoria is now facing a lawsuit from a driver who claims she drove into his car.
A man named Roman Gaparyan is reportedly suing the ?Desperate Housewives? star because he is insisting she is entirely at fault for the crash after she made a ?sudden turn? and rammed into his stationary car.
Roman?s lawyer, Sanjay Sobti, claims Eva rapidly turned from the middle lane and smashed into the car, crossing the median and nearly hitting another driver.
The 35-year-old actress said she was ?fine? but a ?little sore? following the accident, while Sanjay said his client had suffered back and neck pain, severe headaches, anxiety and blood pressure complications following the accident and that he would file a civil suit against the actress this week.
